What you need to know
- Covers breakdowns: motors, boards, electrical, workmanship. Consumables (bags, filters, belts), clogs, and damage from misuse aren't covered.
- If a visit turns out to be a non-covered issue (like a clog), our standard service-call fee applies. We tell you before any work begins, never after.
- 30-day full refund if you change your mind and haven't filed a claim.
- Coverage applies to the system at your address; it isn't transferable if the home sells.
- Only available on systems HausVac installed. We know the work, so we can stand behind it.
Pair it with the maintenance plan ($249/yr): maintenance prevents the wear, the warranty covers the failures.
